    friendly staff but noise issues

    All staff were humble and attentive throughout our stay. They quickly fulfilled our requests, our three rooms were arranged comfortably without disturbing others. The pool area provided a fantastic view.

    The noise from the outside traffic at night was noticeable, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

    Everything was nice at this brand-new hotel. Every staff member was flexible and best. The room I booked was high standard and brand-new with good sized bathroom, a single bed, big shower. Its service was exceptional! The location was nice, for example, a bronze statue was not too far away from the property.

    Strongly recommend for a rapid stop

    Excellent lobby, amazing breakfast, with a great variety including vegan items and traditional Indonesian cuisine, and being conveniently located just 1 km from Gambir makes it an ideal choice for a quick getaway.

    I had a lovely stay with a charming room that was just like a cozy retreat and enjoyed a relaxing dip in the pool after a day of exploring. The spa options could use some attention, but sitting by the outdoor area was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the pool closes at 8 PM, so plan accordingly 😊

    The lounge offered great snacks and the staff was fantastic. Definitely recommend checking out local restaurants for good food.

    The room windows were too thin, and we could hear traffic noise, a bit annoying, especially at night.

    Great breakfast buffet at reasonable prices.

    It was stuck on cold, leaving me shivering all night. The noise from the street was unbearable, even at such a high floor. Plus, the toilet flush was ineffective.

    The hotel was perfect for our large family of 9, each room was spacious and cozy. The kids had a blast exploring nearby attractions and the breakfast spread was good, with plenty of options for everyone. We even enjoyed a surprise birthday cake in our room!
